It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Michael after succumbing to brain cancer at the age of 77.
A much-loved husband, he is survived by his wife of 52 years, Beverly Ann Shewchuk (Novak) of Brantford, Ontario. He is forever adored by his three daughters Nancy (Brent) Chapman, Linda (Greg) McAndrew, Patti (Rich) Gould and his son, Robert Michael (Pamela) Shewchuk, and cherished by his twelve grandchildren.
Family will receive friends at the O'Neill Funeral Home, 6324 Main Street Stouffville (905)642-2855 from 2-4 and 7-9 on Friday August 29th. Funeral Mass will take place at St. Mark’s Catholic Church, 345 Glad Park Ave, Stouffville, on Saturday August 30th at 12:00 noon. Private Interment.
A devoted man, Mike was dedicated to his family, was a highly respected business leader, and an active member of the church, many charities and his community. “He was such a Good Man”. He will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know him.
