<div itemprop="description">Good, Garth Virgil<br /><br />Born September 25, 1935. After a tenacious and courageous battle with cancer he was welcomed into the loving arms of his adored Lord Jesus on May 31, 2013 at age 77. Beloved husband of 57 years to Audrey (nee Brown), devoted and dedicated father to Brian Good (late wife Christine), Darlene Murphy (nee Good) and Cheryl Good (John Martin). Survived by sisters Lois Titus (Cecil) of Minden Ontario, Audrey Clyde (Robert) of Indiana U.S.A., and Ruby Good of Toronto Ontario. The memory of his unconditional love will be cherished by his grandchildren Jennifer, Megan Golde (Dan), Tyler, Nicole, Carly and great-grandson Colin. Lifetime resident of Stouffville, Garth will be remembered by many in the community for his 35 years of smiling, faithful service with the A&amp;P Grocery Store, Stouffville. Lifelong member of the Eastridge Evangelical Missionary Church; his unwavering faith will be recalled by all who attend there. At the age of 73 his years of grateful service to the Lord were culminated when he participated in a three week mission to Africa, which gave him much joy and fulfilment. Summer vacations and weekends at Elim Lodge in Peterborough, were his passion for 48 years. His house trailer and boat was his mainstay. Family gatherings there were his pride and joy. Garths` purpose was to provide for his family a life of love and comfort, and to have them around as much as possible. He will be heart wrenchingly missed. Private family only viewing. Everyone is welcome to Garths` Celebration of Life at the Eastridge Evangelical Missionary Church (12485 Tenth Line, north of Main St., Stouffville) on Tuesday June 4th, 2013 at 12:00 noon with a reception following. Private family interment. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the O`Neill Funeral Home (6324 Main St., Stouffville) 905-642-2855. In lieu of flowers, donations to World Vision, Canadian Cancer Society or charity of your choice would be appreciated.</div>
